Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Ivora, the dental-clinic management service. When you open an account or use the service, you accept these terms. Contact: support@ivoraclinic.com.

1. The service

Ivora is a tool for running a dental clinic: patients, appointments, dental charts, treatment plans, prescriptions, billing, and the records tied to them. It keeps records and organizes work. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical or preventive advice, and it does not replace a dentist’s professional judgment. The clinical decision, and the responsibility for it, rest with the dentist alone.

2. Who the service is for

Ivora is provided only to trusted, verified dental clinics. It is a product for businesses, not for individuals. We make it available to a clinic and its authorized staff who are 18 or older. We do not sell it to consumers, families, or single users for personal use. By using the service, you confirm that you represent a clinic or are one of its authorized staff.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for keeping your password private, and for every action taken through your account.
  • The clinic is responsible for the data it enters, for obtaining its patients’ consent, and for following the law, including medical-record retention.
  • The clinic owner grants and limits staff access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no reaching into another clinic’s data, no disrupting the service, no reverse engineering, and no use for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. The clinic stays the controller of its patients’ data, and Ivora processes it on the clinic’s behalf.

6. Intellectual property

The Ivora app, its name, logo, and design belong to the developer. The data your clinic enters stays its own; we grant you only the right to use the service under these terms.

7. Availability

We provide the service “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable and secure, without promising that it will run without interruption or error. We may pause it for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss that arises from your use of the service or your inability to reach it. Our responsibility does not cover clinical or treatment decisions, which rest with the dentist and the clinic.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the service and delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion stays reversible for 30 days, then becomes permanent, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them.

Salwan Allihebat, developer and operator of Ivora.
